Crime & Peanuts

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

As you are probably aware if you have read anything of mine ever, you know that in my mind there is only one good and pure and perfect food in the whole world: peanut butter. (For those of you who are new :  I love peanut butter. I rationally know it is not perfect – but I still irrationally love it)

As you may also know, recently peanut butter has been getting a bad rap for making people sick.

Leaving Las Vegas

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

Last weekend I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas on someone else’s dime. My wife Denyse had gotten roped into a timeshare presentation, with one of the free gifts being 3 days in Vegas. So we figured what the hell.

Well I am glad to say I have been proven right once again: Low carb diets rule.

If you recall, a while back I posted an article on how low carb diets beat other diets in a head to head competition.  Well it has happened again.

(For those of you who are nit-picky, I guess you could say I am *still* right, as opposed to being right again.  This is kinda a continuation of my past rightness,  not a all new rightness. Hopefully I will have a brand new rightness in the near future, but one can only hope)
