Now That’s Dedication

Sunday, January 31st, 2010

98 20 Dollar Gym

Seriously, whoever came up with this rig is super dedicated. (I highly doubt it is the young lady in the pic).  2 coffee cans filled with cement, a pole between them and a bench made of 2×4’s and some crates – NICE.

Die on a Treadmill?

Sunday, January 17th, 2010

I just saw this video clip and instantly thought of you guys.  It is from an interview Will Smith did while promoting the movie “I am Legend”.

In this clip Will talks has several inspirational points, but the one about the treadmill really caught my attention.  It speaks to the importance of “Mind Set” and believing in oneself.

This is GREAT NEWS for you!

Especially if you who were on the fence about signing up – because now you still can!

Goal’d Mettle

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Ok, the title is a stretch.

I intended to imply that you should strive to reach your goal, and have the fortitude to persevere. (Google “mettle”)

You may have inferred, however, that Josh has lost it and can’t come up with a decent pun for a title.

So let’s just agree that implications and inferences aside you should get from that title what I meant to say and not necessarily what I said.

Agreed?

Moving on…

I have talked about the importance of goals before (Click Here), but given the time of year I thought I would revisit the topic.
