Thursday, May 13th, 2010

jill-before-and-afterHey gang,

I wrote yesterday to tell you about the incredible deal you can get on my 6 Week Body BELLY Transformations Program as my way of saying “THANK YOU” for reading my newsletter (which by the way comes out Saturday, with some awesome free stuff for you).

…And I wanted to make sure that you were able to read the email.

Until midnight on Friday (or until all the spots are taken) you can get my 6 Week Body BELLY Transformations Program for HALF OFF and get you ready for summer.

Pants Lie

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

I came to a harsh and startling realization the other day:  my pants have been lying to me.  I know it’s hard to believe, but pants are liars. Big fat liars. I suspect dresses are liars too, but I have no first hand experience with dresses (why? what did you hear?)

Someone should have clued Hammer in,
his pants were lying to him for years…

No long ago when I started my one of my 6 Week Body Transformation programs, I asked all of the participants to take measurements.  For they guys, it was the waist I was interested in, for the women it was waist and hips.  So after one guy didn’t email me with his measurements I asked him during the session.

Hard Questions

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

why

You’d think with that title I’d come back with something like  “That’s what she said”, but no, not today.  (although it does make me snicker a bit)

I am taking these post directly from my friend Turbulence Training guru Craig Ballantyne, who recently posted these questions that really got me thinking. Maybe they will get you thinking too…

  • Why do you continue to make short term decisions that ruin your chances of long-term success?
  • Why do you continue to eat junk when you want to lose fat?

Ho Ho Hold on a Minute…

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009

Let me ask you, have you recently been mistaken for Santa (or Mrs.) Claus?

1222santa-on-the-scaleAre random kids jumping on your lap, telling you what they want for Christmas and that the have “good” all year?

Do people ask you where you parked your sleigh?

Are you shoes caked with crusty reindeer poop?

Are elves following you?

Are you unusually jolly?

When you laugh does anyone point and say “Hey look, a bowl full of jelly!”?

Yeah, there’s a lot of that going around this time of year.  And I can help you avoid further embarrassment and confusion.

Fine, I give in – I’ll do it

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

After posting yesterday the “It’s Ready – Are You?” post, I now only have 4 slots open – So if you are procrastinating on changing your life – DON’T!

(If you haven’t, check out the cool free video ===> CLICK HERE)

But apparently everyone wants a shot at winning $500 from me…

You see after I sent the email yesterday I was flooded with emails from around the country, and even one from New Zealand. They all wanted to take part in the 6 Week Body Transformation Program, but obviously could not come in to my facility to train.

In Only 6 Weeks

Monday, September 14th, 2009

As some of you know, I was recently hired by a major fitness company to transform the bodies of 15 participants.  Then the results were to be used in a national ad campaign.  They needed rapid and drastic fat loss in only  6 weeks, so they came to me.

Well last Friday & Saturday was the filming of the commercial and the results blew me away.

I wish I could show you the before and after pictures, but I am waiting to make sure I have authorization.

Closing Out 2008

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

So this is most likely this last email of the year. I had some grandiose plans of writing a “12 Days of Fitness” guide to surviving the holidays, but I have been so slammed with the success of our new 2XR Program that I just never got around to it.

Plus I could only come up with a few good suggestions and please, 12 days? Really? 12?

So here are just a few things I came up with (12? c’mon)

Just For You: An Ethical Bribe

Wednesday, December 10th, 2008

Bribery has such a negative connotation. Maybe because it is a tactic usually reserved for crooks and politicians.

But let’s face it bribery is part if what made America great.  Most politicians would be jobless without bribery, and we certainly do not want to add anything to America’s current unemployment rate. Without bribery many otherwise law abiding "businessmen" would have to deal with time consuming and annoying legal entanglements which could take time from their olive oil business.

My Feet Hurt…

Tuesday, January 29th, 2008

A few days ago it was time for my morning workout. I was tired, it was cold out and I was seriously considering blowing it off. I was looking for anything to do to avoid starting. So I checked my email and a friend had forwarded me this:

I had a great workout.
