Well I’ve done it again.
Due to a few extenuating circumstances (not the least of which was me co-coordinating my own schedule – I should never be in charge of that) I have had to postpone the start of the 6 Week Body Transformation Program.
So instead of staring this week – it starts next week. You may think that is no big deal BUT…
