A Very ‘Carter Fitness’ Christmas

‘Twas the night before bootcamp when all through West Hills
Not a resident was seen taking fad diet pills
For there was a place that took care in the matter
Of turning “bowls full of jelly” into something much flatter

Away to Carter Fitness they clambered and fled
While visions of protein shakes danced in their heads
There Josh Carter stood in a red Santa cap
As he shouted to bootcampers, “Go take a long lap!”

My Favorite Before and After

For my son Gabe on his 9th birthday…

My favorite before and after to date. It only took 9 years

Happy birthday to my son Gabe, from whom I learn more each day. When I grow up I want to have your drive, your creativity, your love and sweetness for others and your abs.

Love, your Dad.

Saturday was Gabe’s birthday and that got me thinking.

From time to time we look upon the things we own with a fair pride.

I look at my car- I bought that with money I earned.

Happy Father’s Day

I wanted to wish all the fathers out there a very happy Father’s Day. And especially to my father,Ted Carter who taught me (among other things) happiness in life is not found in the money or possessions you have, but in the people that you love and people who love you.
