Coddle, Cuddle and Curves

This post is a doozy.  It chronicles my journey in realizing how rewarding mediocrity has ultimately led to one big giant FAIL and why I can no longer be a “nice” trainer (if I ever was.)  It is a reality check for you, me and everyone who has a goal.

This post covers many years and a lot of ground. It’s about: my college English professor, Yoda, Chad Ochocinco, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich,  tears, hugs and cuddles, directions to Curves, how I am possibly the biggest jerk in my own gym (and why that all equals fast and furious results for you.)

Goal’d Mettle

Ok, the title is a stretch.

I intended to imply that you should strive to reach your goal, and have the fortitude to persevere. (Google “mettle”)

You may have inferred, however, that Josh has lost it and can’t come up with a decent pun for a title.

So let’s just agree that implications and inferences aside you should get from that title what I meant to say and not necessarily what I said.

Agreed?
