100 Rep Workout: The Game

Wednesday, February 17th, 2010

For me, the name of the game is fast workouts. I should say fast, effective workouts (who wants a fast workout that doesn’t do s#^t right?). So I am always looking for creative ways to craft superior workouts that are quick,  effective and have the power to boost the metabolism for 24-48 hours.

Cardio Wins the Race

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

As most of you know I am was not a huge fan of steady state cardio for fat loss. I had always preferred using shorter intense bouts of training.

Well in the April issue of the The Stanford Journal of Metabolism there was a massive study (almost 4000 participants) comparing the fat loss effects from both steady state cardio and resistance training.
