100 Rep Workout: The Game

For me, the name of the game is fast workouts. I should say fast, effective workouts (who wants a fast workout that doesn’t do s#^t right?). So I am always looking for creative ways to craft superior workouts that are quick,  effective and have the power to boost the metabolism for 24-48 hours.

As an added bonus I love it when they are portable (I can do it anywhere).

The other day I saw one of the trainers at my facility doing something kinda interesting with his clients.  So like any good boss I am stealing it and calling it my own (thanks Casey).

After posting yesterday the “It’s Ready – Are You?” post, I now only have 4 slots open – So if you are procrastinating on changing your life – DON’T!

You see after I sent the email yesterday I was flooded with emails from around the country, and even one from New Zealand. They all wanted to take part in the 6 Week Body Transformation Program, but obviously could not come in to my facility to train.

It’s Finally Done – Are You Ready?

Hey there gang,

Well its 2009, can you believe it? 2008 (and 07 and 06 for that matter) were a blur for me.

As many of you know over the past few months I have buried myself into my new eBook  project “100 Rep Workout”.

Well I am proud to say that it is finally done- and today is the official launch.

How you can be my next human billboard

I’m looking for human billboard…  25 17 more of them to be exact.  So,  what is a human billboard and why would I need one?

I’ll get to that, but let me back up for a second.

I am excited to say I have put the finishing touches on my brand new “Twice the Results” or 2XR program and it is now ready for prime time. That’s right, I can now release it to the public and that means you.

Setting (Seemingly Random) Goals

I have issues (don’t we all). Too many to list, but one in particular has to do with goals.

As of now I have nothing coming up.  No event like a wedding, reunion or photoshoot or anything like that and that is a problem.

I, like many, have a problem when there is not a definitive goal set.  Whether it be to look good by a certain date or to get down to X size.

When I have no definitive goal things start to slip.  It is far easier to justify a handful of this or a  bite of that. Likewise it is much easier to skip out on workouts when there is no prize to shoot for.

She Lost Her Children and I Helped

Nice title huh?  Actually, that was Catherine’s idea.  It sounds kinda creepy, but I assure you it’s not and it will be more clear in a moment. First let me tell you about Catherine. 

Catherine is one of my online personal training clients. I have, over the years, had online training clients that have done very well, but every once in a while there is a superstar. A person who not only asks for my help, but follows my plan almost to the letter.  Yeah, kinda teachers pet.

Success Story: Josie

Josie has been working with us for a while now, and her results have been tremendous.

I signed up to work out with Carter Fitness in August 2007. I had slowly put weight back on, and couldn’t fit into my summer clothes from the year before. Working out was always a chore – since starting at Carter Fitness I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes, and almost 15 pounds – but I’ve added amazing muscle tone and feel great in my new clothes. I look forward to my workouts and even go in on extra days to do more!  Amazing!  Josh B  makes my workouts so much fun and both he and Josh C are always so encouraging. Thank you!
